Setting up a new barn
Create your manager account yourself in a few minutes — every plan starts with 14 days free, and you'll be mapping stalls the same afternoon. Would rather have a hand? Email us and we'll set your barn up with you.
1. Create your account
Choose the plan that fits how many horses you have, then name your barn. See the plans — there's no charge for the first 14 days.
2. Map your barn
Sign in on the desktop and lay out your property once: stalls, pastures, arenas, and the horses that live in them. This becomes the single source of truth your whole team shares.
3. Invite your team
Send your grooms, riders, and trainers to the EquiPortal app. Each person signs in and sees only the schedule and tasks their role allows.
4. Run the day
Build your schedule, connect payments, and let board invoices send themselves. From then on, a change at the desk shows up on every phone before the next feed.
